The Watermark at San Ramon Retirement Community

Watermark Retirement Communities, TFG and its development partner, Summit Senior Living, are developing The Watermark at San Ramon Retirement Community in San Ramon, California, located east of San Francisco.  The Community will include Assisted Living and Memory Care and will feature 76 total apartments (80 beds), including 38 Assisted Living and 38 Memory Care (42 beds).  As currently contemplated, the total construction costs are estimated to be $19M and the total project cost of about $27M.   The project should break ground in late 2016.
