Frederick P. Zarrilli, Vice Chairman

Mr. Zarilli has over 25 years of real estate investment experience and has been active in the senior housing industry for more than a decade. From 1998 to 2006 he was Chairman of the Board of Hearthstone Assisted Living, Inc., and he has served on the management committee of Fretus Investors, owner of 24 assisted living communities. He was a founding principal of Karpf, Zarrilli and Co., a real estate investment and advisory firm, and a senior officer of the investment-banking firm Eastdil Realty, Inc. He was Managing Director of Fremont Realty Capital, L.P. from 1997 to 2007.

He received his BS from Tufts University in 1980 and an MBA from The Wharton School in 1984.
