Beverly Gardens Portfolio
TFG sourced and negotiated the purchase of this two community portfolio in 2012. Watermark and its partners are the manager and minority owner in venture with QVT/Mt. Auburn Partners. The Beverly Gardens Portfolio consists of two assisted living and memory care communities in California (Beverly Hills and Livermore). Both communities underwent significant renovation to reposition them in their respective markets. The portfolio is currently in excess of 90% occupancy.
