The Freshwater Group and Watermark are together committed to creating a culture where every member--resident or staff member--is encouraged to express their dreams. We envision each Watermark community as a place in which people can fully experience and celebrate life. We surround ourselves with extraordinary people who share that vision and sustain the culture. We want our vision to be present EVERYWHERE—not just on posters behind the reception desk. This isn’t always easy. Ideas and ideals don’t make their way through an organization overnight.
