Having acquired this landmark entry fee property together with Fremont Realty Capital in August of 2006, The Freshwater Group has overseen a $45 million renovation and expansion plan. The design calls for all private accommodations with private baths, and every meal will be cooked to order and served on the resident’s schedule, not ours. Our Gardens neighborhood will be a special place to accommodate residents coping with memory loss. Located on the second floor of the healthcare centeris our new assisted living program called “The Inn.” The Inn is comprised of 24 residences varying in size from one-room suites to full two-bedroom apartments.
