The Watermark at Vistawilla

Watermark Retirement Communities, TFG and its development partner, BRW, are developing The Watermark at Vistawilla Retirement Community in Winter Springs, Florida, located outside of Orlando. The Community will include Assisted Living and Memory Care and will feature 89 total apartments (98 beds) available for rent, including 68 Assisted Living (73 beds) and 21 Memory Care (25 beds). As currently contemplated, the total construction costs are estimated to be $18M and the total project cost of about $22M. The project broke ground in December 2016.
