TFG sourced and negotiated the purchase of this 182-unit assisted living and memory care portfolio located in Emeryville and Oakland, California. Watermark and TFG are the manager and tenant under a master lease with Health Care REIT for the portfolio that closed in June 2014. Health Care REIT is a publicly traded REIT that Watermark had an existing master lease structure for two properties in Des Moines, Iowa and plans to continue acquiring properties to add to the master lease.
