Since 1985 David Freshwater has been engaged in the development, acquisition, and management of retirement communities, nursing homes, and home health care agencies across the nation. He has been passionately pursuing a vision of a more compassionate, sustainable, and invigorating model of elder care for over a quarter of a century, and is recognized for his solid management skills and innovation in the senior housing industry. His long-term growth strategy assures that The Freshwater Group is well positioned for success in a market that is constantly evolving and expanding. David has been a member of the American Seniors Housing Association since 1992 and is currently on its executive board. He has an undergraduate degree in environmental design from Miami University and a graduate degree in finance from the University of Arizona. In 2008 David was featured in National Real Estate Investor magazine as one of “Ten People to Watch.”
