THE 90s
Then, in 1991, David hooked up with business partner, Mitchell
Pozez, whose business and financial savvy helped the company invest
in some key deals. These deals led to a formidable relationship
with another financial partner, George
B. Kaiser, listed among the Forbes 400, who subsequently invested
more than $350 million with The Fountains. During these years the Fountains also developed a distinctive
and sustainable company
culture. |

| Backed for the first time by serious investment capital, Fountains Continuum of Care ("The Fountains") blossomed in the '90s completing multiple acquisitions. In most cases, acquisitions involved under-performing campus-style retirement communities. The Fountains turned around the properties with sound management and innovative programs, attracting satisfied customers while also providing an ROI that kept private investors satisfied. |
